On September 20th, the Qinzhou Chamber of Commerce's Young Entrepreneurs Committee held its second plenary session and inauguration ceremony in the Xianyang Hall of the Shaanxi Conference Center at the Shaanxi Hotel. Ding Ye, the first executive vice president of the Qinzhou Chamber of Commerce's Young Entrepreneurs Committee and chairman of Zoom Solar Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., was elected as its second president. Zhang Hongwei, member of the Party Leadership Group and vice chairman of the Shaanxi Federation of Industry and Commerce; Yue Songhua, former secretary-general of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress; Liu Ajin, secretary of the Party Committee of the Qinzhou Chamber of Commerce; Pan Houde, vice president of the Chamber of Commerce; He Yong, chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce; Fang Yi, chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Working Committee of the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce; and representatives from other business associations, including all members of the Qinzhou Chamber of Commerce's Young Entrepreneurs Committee, totaling over 160 people, attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed, voted on, and approved the "Election Rules for the First Plenary Session of the Second Session of the Youth Entrepreneurs Committee of the Qinshang General Chamber of Commerce," the "First Work Report (Draft) of the Youth Entrepreneurs Committee of the Qinshang General Chamber of Commerce," and the "Membership Fee Standards of the Youth Entrepreneurs Committee of the Qinshang General Chamber of Commerce." The new leadership team of the Youth Entrepreneurs Committee of the Qinshang General Chamber of Commerce, including the Second President, Executive Vice President, Vice President, Secretary-General, and Deputy Secretary-General, was elected.

At the subsequent inauguration ceremony, the Qinshang General Chamber of Commerce's Young Entrepreneurs Committee appointed Yue Songhua, former Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress, as Honorary Advisor. Yan Le, the first President of the Qinshang General Chamber of Commerce's Young Entrepreneurs Committee and President of Lifeng Group, and Yang Zhen, the first Chairman of the Supervisory Committee and President of Xi'an Hongfu Group, were appointed Honorary Presidents and presented with plaques. Plaques were also presented to the second incoming President, Executive Vice President, Vice President, Secretary-General, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Qinshang General Chamber of Commerce's Young Entrepreneurs Committee. Following the plaque-presentation ceremony, the conference also held a solemn oath-taking ceremony.

Newly elected President Ding Ye delivered a speech at the meeting. He first expressed his gratitude for the trust shown in electing him as the second president of the Youth Entrepreneurs Committee of the Qinshang General Association. He stated that, looking back, under the leadership of the previous leadership team, the Youth Association of the Qinshang General Association has achieved remarkable results. Adhering to the Qinshang spirit of respecting morality, courage and perseverance, innovation and hard work, and serving the country with righteousness and profit, we have actively organized various activities for Qinshang members. During the epidemic, we enthusiastically raised relief supplies for the public, made our due contribution to the economic development of Shaanxi and even the whole country, and laid a solid foundation for the Youth Association's future development. He expressed his highest respect for the previous leadership team and member companies who have worked hard for the Youth Association. He stated that the Youth Entrepreneurs Committee of the Qinshang General Association will strengthen organizational development and optimize its organizational structure to promote innovation and development among member companies. He Yong, Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee of the Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Association and Chairman of Housheng Group Co., Ltd., first expressed his sincerest congratulations on the reelection of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee of the Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Association on behalf of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee of the Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Association. He stated that Qinzhou merchants and Zhejiang merchants have always maintained close exchanges and cooperation. Fang Yi, Chairman of the Youth Entrepreneurs Working Committee of the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce and Party Secretary and President of Tiankun International, stated in his speech that the successful transition of the second term of the Youth Entrepreneurs Committee of the Qinzhou Chamber of Commerce is a significant event for the Qinzhou Chamber of Commerce community and a new starting point for young entrepreneurs to unite and strive for progress, create brilliance together, and carry on the legacy of development.
