01 Performance Report, Illuminating the Path to the Future
2024 Annual Performance Review Conference
The 2024 Group Performance Summary and Commendation Meeting was held as scheduled on January 19, 2025 at the Western Cloud Valley Phase II in Fengxi New City, Shaanxi Province. During the meeting, heads of various departments took turns to come on stage and share the work results and future plans of the past year with detailed data and vivid cases.
The Financial Management Center strictly controlled costs and optimized capital operations, ensuring the stability of the Group's financial situation. The Administrative Management Center achieved remarkable results in talent development and team building, attracting and retaining numerous outstanding individuals for the Group. The Technology Research and Development Center achieved significant breakthroughs in technological innovation. Of course, during the presentation, everyone also candidly pointed out existing problems and challenges. However, it was precisely these exposures that provided direction for subsequent improvements.
After listening to the in-depth summaries of the year's work and future prospects from departments like the Cost Management Center, Financial Management Center, New Media Operations Center, and Contract and Legal Affairs Center, the group's senior leaders provided comprehensive and detailed reviews. Based on the 2024 performance, to recognize outstanding individuals, set role models, and inspire the enthusiasm of all employees through example, we held a grand recognition ceremony based on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, taking into account performance rankings and employee work performance over the 12 months of 2024. Awards were presented to outstanding employees, outstanding teams, and Zoom Solar Stars of 2024.
First, the "Outstanding Employee" awards were presented. Representatives from the functional departments (Huang Xiaoli, Li Yukun, and Fu Xiaojie), the technology department (Kou Jinqiu, Xin Dongdong, and Guan Ping), and the engineering department (Guo Ke and Yang Peng) took the stage to receive their awards. Vice President Yu Qiao, Deputy General Manager Liu Gang, and General Manager Chen Yulong also presented certificates of honor and cash of 1,000 yuan each to the employees, and a group photo was taken.
Next, the Outstanding Department Award was presented. All members of the Financial Management Center came on stage to receive the award. The award was an honorary certificate and 3,000 yuan in cash. General Manager Ding came on stage to present the award and took a group photo.
