Zoom solar Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a new energy high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and manufacturing of thin-film solar cell chips.

The company promotes the development of zero-carbon cities and supports the transformation of new power systems. Since its establishment, the company has invested a total of RMB¥2.016 billion to build the "Western China Zero-Carbon Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park" in Qinhan New City, Xixian New Area. The company plans to build a 150MW CdTe thin-film module production line. Recruitment Plan

Research Engineer (Thin-Film Solar Cells) (20 positions)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of new materials and processes for perovskite and cadmium telluride solar cells, as well as the development and optimization of various film preparation processes for perovskite solar cell laboratory modules, including the transport layer, perovskite layer, and back electrode.

2. Participate in the project initiation process, thoroughly review Chinese and English literature, and develop scientific and reasonable experimental plans and protocols based on project requirements.

3. Strictly follow the experimental plan and conduct in-depth analysis of various problems encountered during the experiment, such as unstable material properties and process parameter mismatches, and quickly propose and implement effective solutions.

4. Systematically collect, organize, and analyze experimental data, write detailed analysis reports, participate in internal technical exchange meetings, share research results and experiences, and discuss and resolve major key project issues with team members.

5. Based on R&D results, promptly prepare and submit technical patent applications and complete patent applications to ensure effective protection of scientific research results.

6. Maintain close communication with project team members, jointly develop project plans and goals, and ensure the project progresses on schedule. 7. Actively participate in cross-departmental collaboration, establish good collaborative relationships with other R&D teams and production departments, and promote the translation of scientific research results into practical applications.

8. Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of laboratory instruments, manage equipment usage and maintenance records, and ensure the normal operation and stable performance of laboratory equipment.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

1. 985 or 211 universities preferred, with a master's degree or higher in science or engineering, in semiconductors, microelectronics, physics, materials science, chemistry, or other fields related to perovskite or cadmium telluride solar cell research.

2. Understanding of the operating principles of thin-film solar cells, familiarity with solar module manufacturing processes and related raw materials.

3. Experience in laboratory research on perovskite or cadmium telluride solar cells or related projects.

4. Solid professional knowledge of perovskite or cadmium telluride, including basic theories, experimental techniques, and recent developments in the research field.

5. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to withstand pressure.

6. Proficiency in experimental design and operation, strong data analysis and processing skills, excellent literature reading and review skills, and proficiency in technical documentation.


Mechanical Engineer (5 positions)

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the mechanical design of the company's products, including model construction, blueprint creation, key component selection, mechanical load-bearing capacity verification, and feasibility verification of mechanical motion simulation.

2. Participate in business planning throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that mechanical design plans meet project requirements and industry standards.

3. Responsible for product testing and verification, ensuring product performance and reliability, and implementing technical modifications and adjustments to existing product defects.

4. Analyze mechanical system performance, provide improvement solutions for defects, and verify improvement results.

5. Responsible for communicating with mechanical suppliers to resolve technical issues and confirm cost optimization solutions for new processes.

6. Communicate effectively with electrical and software engineers to design and develop safe and reliable systems for rapid product development and launch.

7. Develop and organize relevant product technical documentation, and prepare patent materials for mechanical equipment.

8. Analyze and improve existing research laboratory equipment, propose and implement optimized design solutions to improve equipment stability and efficiency.

9. Provide mechanical design technical support to the research laboratory team, helping to resolve practical operational issues. 10. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.


Qualifications

1. Master's degree or above, preferably in a related field such as mechanical design/engineering, mechanical manufacturing, or automation.

2. In-depth knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing, with familiarity with mechanical principles, materials science, mechanical analysis, and other related fields.

3. Familiarity with control interface development related to mechanical design, with relevant experience in mechanical control R&D.

4. Proficiency in mechanical design software such as CAD and SolidWorks, and the ability to independently complete complex mechanical design tasks.

5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with a conscientious, responsible, and meticulous work ethic.


Electronics Engineer (5 positions)

Job Responsibilities

1. Design electronic circuits, including power management, control circuits, and signal processing, based on the needs of research laboratory mechanical equipment. Ensure the circuit design meets project requirements and industry standards, and meets the functional and performance requirements of the equipment.

2. Analyze existing electronic circuits, identify potential optimization points, and improve circuit efficiency, stability, and reliability.

3. Responsible for routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic circuits to ensure proper equipment operation.

4. Conduct electrical design for mechanical equipment requiring optimization to ensure the rationality and safety of the power system.

5. Use professional design software to draw detailed circuit diagrams and prepare relevant technical documentation to provide guidance for manufacturing and installation.

6. Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers and software engineers, dividing design work based on project requirements to ensure seamless integration of the electrical components of mechanical equipment with other components.

7. Participate in equipment integration testing to ensure compatibility and coordination between the electronic system and the mechanical and software systems.

8. Responsible for testing and verification of completed electronic circuits and systems to ensure they meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements. 9. Provide timely feedback on issues discovered during testing and make necessary design adjustments.

10. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or higher, preferably in electrical automation, electrical engineering, electronic information engineering, control engineering, or other related fields.

2. Must have participated in relevant professional training in power electronics, embedded systems, motor control, and be familiar with industry standards and specifications.

3. Experience in electronic design, development, and testing, with preference given to those with experience in photovoltaic systems and power electronics.

4. Familiarity with motors, motor controllers, batteries, and battery management systems, as well as basic power electronics knowledge.

5. Excellent learning, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks on time under pressure.

7. Proficiency in electronic design automation tools for circuit design and simulation.


Software Engineer (5 positions)

Job Responsibilities

1. Analyze existing research laboratory software, optimize code, and improve functionality to enhance software efficiency and stability.

2. Regularly maintain and update laboratory software to ensure it adapts to new requirements and technical environments and maintains stable operation.

3. Design and develop test software for photovoltaic module functional verification and performance evaluation based on the specific needs of the research laboratory.

4. Debug and optimize the test software to ensure it accurately and reliably completes testing tasks and generates detailed and effective data reports.

5. Design and develop the laboratory's automated testing system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the testing process.

6. Develop a reservation system for research laboratory equipment management to optimize laboratory resource utilization and improve laboratory operational efficiency through systematic equipment usage and reservation management.

7. Collaborate closely with mechanical and electronic engineers to participate in the overall design and development of new projects. Responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of software systems, ensuring seamless integration between the software and mechanical and electronic systems.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above in software engineering, computer science and technology, electronic information engineering, automation, or other related fields is preferred.

2. Experience in software development, system architecture, embedded systems, or related fields, including professional training, competitions, or internships, is preferred.

3. Basic knowledge of embedded systems, automated control, and data analysis is preferred.

4. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C++, or Java.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.

6. Proactive, able to complete tasks on time under pressure, and willing to accept challenges and continuously learn.


Research Assistant (Thin-Film Solar Cells) (5 positions)

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development of new materials and processes for perovskite and cadmium telluride solar cells, including trial production, performance testing, and preliminary data analysis.

2. Participate in initial project preparation, assist R&D engineers in reviewing Chinese and English literature, organizing project background materials, and providing necessary information support for project establishment. 3. Assist R&D engineers in preparing materials, equipment, and reagents required for experiments to ensure smooth progress. Also, record the experimental process and data in detail according to experimental requirements to ensure the accuracy and completeness of experimental records.

4. Conduct preliminary analysis and collation of experimental data and assist R&D engineers in writing experimental and analysis reports. Also, be responsible for archiving and managing experimental records, data reports, and other documents to ensure the security and traceability of research data.

5. Assist R&D engineers in completing scientific and technological project applications, including preparing application materials, writing project applications, and organizing attachments, to ensure the smooth progress of project applications.

6. Responsible for procurement applications, warehouse registration, inventory management, and usage records for laboratory supplies.

7. Assist in processing laboratory-related financial reimbursements, including collecting reimbursement vouchers, completing reimbursement forms, and submitting reimbursement applications, ensuring the standardization and timeliness of the reimbursement process.

8. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the laboratory, including environmental cleaning and safety inspections, to ensure the normal operation of the laboratory and the smooth progress of research.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree or higher in a field closely related to perovskite or cadmium telluride solar cell research, such as materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, semiconductor physics, or optoelectronics technology.

2. Passing the CET-4 or CET-6 is preferred.

3. Understanding of the operating principles of thin-film solar cells, solar module manufacturing processes, and related raw materials.

4. Proficiency in engineering theory and practice, with a solid foundation in experimental operations and strong hands-on skills.

5. Maintain a positive and proactive work attitude, and be passionate about research and have a thirst for knowledge.

6. Excellent communication skills, responsible and conscientious work ethic, meticulousness, and a strong team player.


Product Development Assistant (5 positions)

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in completing product development tasks.

2. Responsible for the design and development of the product portion of the project.

3. Assist the project team in tracking and managing product development, providing refined, scientific, and professional services.

4. Responsible for the organization, storage, archiving, and confidentiality of paper and electronic materials.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the project team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Industrial Design/Mechanical Design/Electrical Engineering and Automation/Electrical Control preferred.

2. Passing the CET-4/CET-6 is preferred.

3. Proficiency in electronic circuit design, PCB design and processing, and mechanical design.

4. Proficiency in theoretical and practical engineering knowledge, a solid foundation in experimental operations, and strong hands-on skills.

5. Excellent communication skills, conscientious and responsible work ethic, meticulousness, and a strong team player.

6. Strong logical thinking skills, a strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure, and the ability to independently solve technical problems. Benefits and Remuneration
